Difficuty with Resinfrance website
 

Hello (and thank you in advance for all those who reply, think about replying or even try to e-mail me about replying...sorry, couldn't resist! ;-) )

I have on several occasions logged on to the www.resinfrance.com/perigord to see what chambre d'hotes may be available and what current prices are like. (I am still not entirely comfortable about booking as we go and my book is old, hence the prices outdated.)

I cannot manage to get anything back except a "Modify Your Request" window, which leads me down a circuitous path. I've tried on and off for maybe a month now, hoping that there was a system error which would be corrected. I have also tried the French side of the site, to no avail. Anyone have the magic key to this site?

Amy, I just tried the site and it came up without any problem. I checked it with Netscape and Explorer, and both worked fine. The site is there, so something else must be the problem, but I'm not at all techie, so maybe someone else will advise.

Okay, thanks to you both...

Went back and tried requesting three nights, thinking maybe one night doesn't meet a weekend minimum. The site returns two offers. This seems impossible...that there are only two places with rooms in mid-June. Maybe the fates are telling me to book as we go!
