Difficulty with train tix purchase on Thalys

Difficulty with train tix purchase on Thalys

Using debit card. Tried twice, got rejected twice. Called my bank to make sure all was clear for an international purchase and was told yes, Tried again, and was rejected again.

THEN a few minutes after that, I get a text asking if I made a transaction with them: "Reply 1 if yes, Reply 2 if no" I replied 1, yes. Then I get another text confirming transaction. Meanwhile, I have no email confirmation of the tickets and no record of the transaction .. After I got the rejection message on the Thaly's page, it went straight back to to home page.

Please help

Nevermind. Two hours later I finally got it handled with the bank.
