Difference between Matins & Sung Eucharist at Westminster

We would like to attend church services at
Westminster Abbey. What are Matins and what
is Sung Eucharist? How early do we need to be
there before the service? Thanks for your help with all my questions in the past 2 months. We will be leaving for London on July 17th. I'm excited!

Matins is Morning Prayer, and a Sung Eucharist is a communion service that has chanted prayers, psalms, and responses by the priest, choir, and congregation.

As for how early to be there before the services, you could probably ask the hotel where you are staying for advice.
