Die Bahn web-site
A few months back I started planning my trip to Germany and I found this neat trick on the Die Bahn web-site that you could plug in your date of travel, start and ending stations and then there was a button that would print a "Personal Timetable" for that route and date. I have now pinned down my travel dates (not even close to what they were) so I want to go back and reprint my "Personal Timetable" for the correct dates. Alas, I can't figure out how to do it anymore. The button is gone, or is my mind gone? Can anyone help? Thanks Barb

Anyone looked at this site lately?

Never used that function, but the bahn.de website changed its look a little bit few days ago, and things are slightly different.

Tell us the dates and travel times and starting and finish posts and we will fix it for you.

I had a review question for the site. And I too, noticed how it had changed. The option I wanted doesn't seem to have a link in the English portion of the site.
I will give them a few more days in case they are still updating, then I will call them. |
If the "Personal Timetable" button is gone for good, you can always resort to the "copy and paste" method. After getting all the possible times for your route, click on "details for all," highlight the one you want, and then copy and paste it into your word processing program. For more complete information, click on "show intermediate stops" for your specific choice and then copy and paste.

Phew! I thought I had lost my mind. Thank you for the help. Barb

Actually, I stumbled across the personal timetable option by chance. I don't know how I got there tonight, but the query page is:
http://persoenlicherfahrplan.bahn.de...ry-p2w.exe/en? I was here on Fodors looking for info how to purchase discount tickets online for a trip I found. The SNCF "how to" ost was a lifesaver for France. |
