Mr. Kane,
I just booked 4 tickets for June - JFK to Venice, Rome to JFK for $732 total each on Aer Lingus. One stopover in Dublin. After about 5 months of daily checking!!!! Yippeee. I am like you, want to see all of the world but can't find any place as wonderful as Beautiful Italia!!!

Congratulations on finding an acceptable air fare to Italia!

what does open jaw mean referring to airline tickets?

nukesafe Feb 9th, 2006 11:43 AM

apell,

Open Jaw means you fly into one airport and back from another.

I just picked up an open jaw ticket from Seattle to Rome, and then back from Paris to Seattle in early October for $792. Now all I have to do is to sweat out Delta's health along with the rest of the folks on this thread.

:-)

yes our flights were $914.00 with taxes and fees and then another $10.00 for booking over the phone. When I went on line they had these odd itineraries so I called and got a great itinerary for $10.00 more.

I think our flights to JFK were on song also. We are taking my niece out of school a day and a half early, she is only missing hurricane make up days.
