I agree kimhe about the weather and I also agree that Nerja is a long way from the anglicisation which is on show down the road in Marbella.

It is probably the best choice.

kimhe, do buses run from Nerja to Cordoba in winter?

Two direct buses from Nerja to Córdoba daily all year round at 7.30 and 10am, return 3 and 5pm.

An other alternative would be bus to Málaga (from Nerja about every 30 mins) and the high speed AVE train to Córdoba in 55 mins.
