Will be in Paris for 8 days in May. What are some easy daytrips?

Selma <BR>The most popular and easy are Versailles, Chartres, Giverny, Vaux-le-Vicomte(for Bob),Fontainebleau. <BR>This is a very popular question on this forum,if you search here on <BR>Paris Day trips or on any of the above locations you will find all the info you need.

<BR>selma, <BR>chantilly is an easy jaunt, and the walk from the train station to the castle by way of forest and race track is delightful

My thoughts on Vaux le Vicomte are well described in earlier communications. <BR>Needless to say, I was captivated by the place. Fontainebleau is great, too. <BR>
