It's not because I dont reply to every post that I don't read them. I dont know why you are assuming that I havent done any search or reading. By the way, I was never moderated on LP, I guess you are confusing with someone else.

What yout told me on march 6 is that Galicia offer something different, it could be positive or negative.

I will continue to post on many forums because it's not everyone who have the same knowledge in every aspect of travels, and the help everyone give will always be very appreciated. If you want to help or not is your choice, but you made your point about the netiquette, you can abastain to say anything about this in the future.

tostaky After looking at your TA posts, I see the problem. Not all information is shared between the two sites, so it leaves your Fodors readers feeling confused about what you actually want to do and why. You may not have been aware of that, fyi for future posts. It's frustrating for us if we don't have all the information.

Sorry about that. I cant recall what information I gave on TA that would have been good to know here.

Today, I've talked with a guy at work who come from Spain (didn't know that at all !). He said that hes born at Santiago de Compostella and really praise for Galicia. He told me that weather is better, that the cities are prettier than the one we could find in catalunya.

He also told me seriously that I should drop Portugal, that he have found that Porto is a filthy and uninteresting city.

You cannot remember much can you? The TA post or the ones moderated. I just hope you remember all of the things suggested.
Your friend being from Galicia to be honest is no real recommendation. All Spanish suggest "their" part of Spain is the best. Oporto is perhaps not the most cleanest city, but then I think the graffiti and tagging that goes on in BCN is not going the city any favours too.
Just use street view to make up your own mind.
When it comes to modern urban blight I feel that A Courña and Vigo in Galicia are far worse then Oporto.

I remember things very well, believe me . And I still says that never any of my messages where modetrated anywhere on the planet web ! I do remember that a guy who respond to you about the lecture you made me was moderated, but not me.

He never told me to to à Corona or Vigo by the way, but told me that Galicia is full of roman history, told me about the Cantabrico weather, Puentedeume, Ferol, Valdovino and of course Santiago de Compostela (his hometown).

He was very convincing, but, at the same time, he was the first who speak me live about his choices. Like you've said, anyone will praise for their own part of Spain.

For now the only thing that really attracts me, besid Santiago de Compostella that seems lovely, in Galicia is the weather that seems to be a lot less hot/humid than the one in Catalanuya.
