Day trips from Munich
 

Need ideas for day trips by train from Munich. We've been to Nuremburg, Rothenburg, Ludwig's castles, Oberammagau. We will be going to Salzburg and Vienna later. So, what's left??? Will appreciate any suggestions.

Easy rail trips - all possible by direct train;

Regensburg, Augsburg, Landshut, Eichstatt, Garmisch - all under 1:30 hours

Wurzburg, Passau - 2;00 hours away
