Day trips from Florence

Looking for a tour company for a day trip to San Gimignano & Sienna from Florence.

Any suggestions ? We would prefer a small group. Thanks

Just take the bus and do it on your own. I would also include a half day trip up to Fiesole which overlooks all of Florence and is quite special for a drink, lunch or dinner with its Roman ruins and ambience! Catch the bus from the Accademia/David for about $1.25 and a 10 minute ride.

dutyfree Thank you I have taken the shuttle to Fiesole before & enjoyed it.

Bobthenavigator ... Have you used "visitor.com" before for day tours ? I would like to
get a first hand review for the day tours. There are many on
the internet. Thanks

We used Marco Stivoli in May. He will pick you up at your door and tailor anything you want. His company is toursintuscany.it. Really nice 8 seater Mercedes van with huge windows (I'm sure he has other rides but there were 6 of us). He took us to San G. and Seina one day and a winery trip another day. More expensive than on your own but worth it. I can highly recommend him.
