I would say Bergen but I think it could be more of an over night trip. If you do go I'd take the train rather than drive.
It's Norway's second largest city and is beautiful. It's also the gateway to many of the Norway in a Nutshell tours as well.

A long day trip but you could take the train to Voss and then mountain bus to Norway's largest fjord and a boat ride to Flam and then the scenic Flam mountain railway to Myrdhal for trains back to Oslo - certainly the most awesome possibility but a little long on trains and boats for some but that was one of my top travel memories in decades of incessant European traveling.
For details on trains and what they call Norway in a Nutshell thingy check www.ricksteves.com; www.budgeteuropetravel.com and www.seat61.com - you can buy a combo ticket for all components I believe in Oslo or book a proper Norway in a Nutshell Tour - http://www.norwaynutshell.com/
We even saw some whales on our boat ride!

Oops - scratch that just checked and should have before - it's over 5 hours from Oslo to Voss and slightly less back - too long for a day trip but if looking for two days out...Bergen is a real gem to stay in.

Norway in a Nutshell is possible as a day trip from Oslo in summer though a very long day. It would also be possible to take night sleeper train back from Bergen giving you an evening there, instead of turning around at Voss. Usual route from Oslo is Oslo - Myrdal - Flåm - Gudvangen - Voss - Oslo.
The tour is by public transport (no guide, no group) - much cheaper if you book train tickets yourself up to 90 days in advance and get non-changeable minipris tickets. The FjordTours combo ticket includes full price refundable rail tickets which makes it much more expensive. Just follow the FjordTours timetable and pay the rest as you go.
Book Oslo-Flåm and Voss/Bergen-Oslo here https://www.nsb.no/en/
Timetable (do a dummy booking) http://www.norwaynutshell.com
