Day trip from Seville to White Hill town?
I am going to Spain for the first time next month, and will be in Seville for 3 nights/2.5 days with a friend. Is it possible to do a day trip to any of the White hill towns? We will not have a car.

Gosh, there is so much to do and see in Seville and you only have 2.5 days. I wouln't recommend going anywhere. But, if you feel you have to go somewhere, try the day trip to Toledo. Very interesting and great plaza area to people watch. Small quaint town.
If it were me, I would stay in Seville and save the hill towns for another trip. You would be traveling the whole time and missing out on the experiences.
You will LOVE Spain!! Are you visiting any other cities on your visit?
(by the way, renting a car in Seville was a trip in itself -- it took us an hour just to find our way from the rental car place by the train station to the highway!! Should have taken maybe 15-20 minutes!! Great memory, though. LOL)

I can;t imagine you're recoing a day trip from Seville to Toldeo - it would take forever - at least 6 hours each way - unless you fly or something. Toldeo is usually done as a day trip from Madrid - not Seville.
You could certainly get to Ronda by car - it's only a couple of hours - and is quite interesting. Don;t know the details of other means of travel.
But I agree - that 2.5 days is not really that much for Seville - and I would tend not to day trip. But it does depend at least in part on the rest of your itinerary.

NYtraveler,
Thanks for the correction. I was thinking Madrid and not Seville for the Toledo day trip. You are correct.
Driving in the hill towns was quite enjoyable -- no big city offerings but lots of charm and hospitality.

We are starting in Madrid, doing a day trip to Toledo, then will be in Granada for a day before heading to Seville. Thanks for all the responses, I think we may just spend the extra time in Seville and not bother with the hill towns.
