Day trip from Paris for solo female

I would love to do something on my own on Friday in March. I am thinking about doing a bike tour but already planning on a trip to Versailles with a colleague. Are there any must-see bike rides I could do from Paris considering the fact it would just be me. Any other suggestions on day trip would be appreciated. I am active and budget is not necessarily a limiting factor.

Get out of town with French Mystique. He leads day trips by bike near Paris. His trip reports show beautiful villages near Paris on quiet country roads. If you haven't read any of his trip reports, here's one to start you off:

And there are lots more.

Maybe a trip to Monet's Garden? I believe you can bike to it from the station but you would need to research this further. I am sure I read something about this on here.

We loved our Paris Charms and Secrets tour, not sure how much of it was "secret" but we did see something interesting things and still can't believe we rode bikes around Paris on a Sunday afternoon!!!

This does sound like it's right down French Mystique's alley. One of the best things is that they can put together a tour that covers EXACTLY what you want to do, or if you are not really sure what you want to see, they have hundreds of ideas to propose. Here is their website: http://frenchmystiquetours.com/

Just a note about Monet's Gardens, they are not open in March. You can check visitor info on giverny.org

I should have checked my link earlier. That one took me down a rabbit hole.

Let's try this:

Yes, I've been communicating with frenchmystique. My problem is could only be me going on the bike trip and the cost would be very expensive if I don't have anyone else. My day on my own is either Friday, March 16 or Thursday, March 22nd.
