Day trip from Kusadasai
 

My husband wants to go to Pamukkale when we are on our cruise. Is it too far to go from Kusadasai? We will have about 5 hours.

Not Ephesus? I am sure our Turkish friends can give more information on this.....

You have 5 hours and your husband wants to fit a 300 kilometres auto trip into that? Make him take a reality check.

And where is Ephesus? Like the previous poster says, one of the most magnificient antique sites is ten kilometres from Kusadasi, and that alone takes hours.

I drove from Kusadasi to Pamukkale, round-trip, in one day. It's about 3 hours each way, go to Ephesus.

My husband was hoping to see the "Cotton Castle" at Pamukkale since we were so close, but we also wanted to see Ephesus. We didn't know how far away it was. That is why we asked on Fodors. I knew I could get a quick answer. Thanks.
