Day Tours Marseille/Provence
 

We are stopping in Marseille in May on a
cruise ship and would like information on
private tours of Provence. Does anyone
know of a company that offers this type of
service

Or, you could rent a car for the day and drive yourself around a bit, maybe having lunch in a small village. People on this board could tell you how far you could safely expect to get before you needed to turn around and get back to the ship.

We met the owners through friends, and while we didn't take one of the tours offered we found the ladies extremely well informed and very pleasant. They operate out of Aix but go all over Provence with their private tours.

Sondi: I will be on a cruise with a stop in Marseille also, Please post if you have found any day tours that are offered into Provence, etc.
