Date when Summer sales begin in Florence?
 

Does anybody know yet whether they have announced when the Summer sales are to begin in Florence?

I understood these things are traditionally January and July, or thereabouts.

Here in Spain they begin on the first week of July, I recall in Italy it's the same.

Thanks for your info., but in Italy the summer sales for each of the main cities begin on certain days in July,on days that are determined by the government, and which may vary in regards to locations (for example, the sales in Rome may begin on a different day than the sales in Milan, which themselves may begin on a different day than the sales in Florence).

I am just trying to find out from somebody who knows whether the Italian government has indicated yet as to when the sales in Florence will begin.
