has anyone cycled along the danu river from hungry to germany, would appreciate any feed back, cheers

You may have more success with your query if you repost - it is actually the Danube River.

I'm assuming you mean the danube (though local names vary). Yes did it te other way but loads of people do it so much that in high summer it is like a motorway out there. Good paths on both sides most of the way but mainly on south side. We booked the first night and then wandered into hotels but this way June.

Things to watch out for. Flooding (this is a big river) frogs keeping you awake at night. Glass on the path

I believe Danube is Danau in German, as it was the name used on signs when we there.

Also Donau.
