Dallmayr in Munich directions
 

I know for you experts this is dumb but here goes....If I'm in the Marienplatz lets say by the fish fountain ... would you give me directions to Dallmayr's deli and restaurant. I have obviously been living under a rock again and just learned of it's existence. Sounds like it would be right up my alley. Thank you for your indulgence and assistance in advance.

If your facing the entrance to the Rakskeller beside the fountain, then you take the first road to your right, its about 150 metres along, on the right hand side.

Thanks for the great directions. Knew I was close, but didn't realize how close.
Now, I know I'm totally pushing my luck but this doesn't seem to stop me.

What would you recommend as a classic from Dallmayrs. Don't want to get home and learn that I should have gotten (fill in the blank). I'm open to all suggestions.

Basiaclly get anything that includes truffles. The waiter comes with truffles and a scale and you can say when (or wait for your credit card to spontaneously combust)
