Daily parking options in San Sebastian
 

My wife and I will be making a day trip to visit a friend in San Sebastian. We will be driving in from St-Jean-de-Luz on the A64/A8. We have never been to SS before. I would prefer to park away from the old town/centro and take a local bus in. Suggestions and the appropriate exit from the expressway? Thank you.

Depending on where your friend lives or is staying, I would recommend putting the car in one of the underground garages in Gros or at the Kursaal Center.

Central San Sebastián is full of underground garages on both sides of the river Urumea. Just pick one of them (about 10-15€/day), and walk or get a cab to your friends place. San Sebastián is small and very walkable.
