Düsseldorf to Cologne by train
 
We are flying into Düsseldorf Airport and need to get to Cologne. Is there a train that runs from the airport to Cologne, or will we need to go into Düsseldorf to catch the train? Could someone tell me the train station, and perhaps the website for the train. Thanks.

Düsseldorf - Köln is much nicer by bike than by train ;)

Yes, direct regional trains from Dusseldorf Flughafen to Cologne Hbf, German Railways www.bahn.de/en
