Hi,
I am going to travel to Germany and my first destination will be Düsseldorf. Has anybody some recommendations what to do there and where to go?

By the way, have you tried googling "Things to do in Dusseldorf"???- you'll find lots of info doing that.

Suggest buying/borrowing a guidebook.

Dusseldorf is OK but for two days there I'd suggest taking train to nearby Cologne and visiting world-famous Gothic cathedral and pleasant city center. For train info - www.bahn.de/en - just buy tickets at station - check to see if regional day passes cover them.
