Czech Republic--different plug?

Ok, we're doing a biking trip with a company, and this line in our company notes reads that Czech Republic adaptors are very different hard to find. So I'm looking through all my favorite adaptor websites and I swear to heaven, they say my France adaptors are the same. I check the pictures to make sure and it sure looks like my French grounded adaptor.

Please correct me if I'm wrong and steer me in the right direction. I trust YOU GUYS!

Hi J,

IIRC, we used the same adapter in Prague that we used in Italy.

they're just like most of Europe, the two-prong plug--same as France.

Thank you. Another item off the checklist. Ira, I had to Google "IIRC". Will now use it in next text message to daughters who think I am totally out of date. :)

It uses Type E: www.kropla.com/!e.htm

If your appliances are ungrounded with just two pins, then the standard two round pin plug will work in most European countries (not UK), including Czech Republic.

If the appliance is grounded, then you need to find the particular type of plug. France uses the same Type E plug.
