Cyprus - acetaminophen with codeine with an Rx
I have a family member visiting this summer with a serious back injury and as such is often on tylenol 3's even though they make her belly quite upset. In the past she has bought acetaminophen with codeine over the counter in Canada, they work a little less then the T3's but don't upset her digestion process.
Now we're wondering if she can buy them in Canada and bring them across (likely in carry on since check-in poses risk of thief) or is it possible to buy acetaminophen with codeine over the counter here in Cyprus as well and if so, in what quantities? Thanks for the time :) |
Title should read Without an Rx.

If you are living there, can't you inquire at any pharmacy?
|
I'm without a car for the next five weeks and the closest pharmacy to me is a good 30 minute walk. Might try anyways but I figured there might be someone around here who could enlighten me a bit before I decided to go.

Well, I can't help you for Cyprus.
Neighbors? English language help line? Expat websites? www.angloinfo.com might have a Cyprus site. |
I'd guess carrying Canadian OTC products through US TSA screening wouldn't be a problem.
I can't help w/Cyprus but I've bought tylenol/acetaminophen w/ codeine OTC in several European countries - last time was in the UK from Boots @ Heathrow. |
Where in Cyprus are you, north or south, in a village or town? Can't you call them, alot of people speak English. You may find it less expensive to buy in Canada than in Cyprus or if you transfer in London, then buy them at Boots at LHR.
>>likely in carry on since check-in poses risk of thief<< In Cyprus or Canada or at the transfer point? |
