Cycling the Cotswald area-fall2017
We are searching for a local(UK based) cycling tour company for cycling the Cotwalds fall of 2017.We prefer self-guided tours that carry your luggage from inn-to-inn. Any recommendations? And if so,why? Also,a tour company that will help us will pre-travel arrangements in London proper, for 3-5 days of sightseeing!

If you correct your spelling (Cotswolds, not Cotswald) you will have better luck in finding companies providing this service:

You do not need a tour company to help you with arrangements in London for general sightseeing. Give us your nightly max budget (noting currency) and the types of things you wish to see during your visit. Also, just do a search on the numerous London discussions on Fodor's - you will get lots of great tips. Also, use the destinations tab at the top of this page to read up on London.

I personally think a bike holiday in the Cotswolds isn't such a great idea. The roads are narrow and twisty and a group ride is difficult. Individual riders can be even worse, because there are few if any shoulders. A walking holiday fits the landscape better -- there are hundreds of miles of footpaths.
But that is just me . . .
But if you must - here is one company http://www.the-carter-company.com/where/the-cotswolds/
(You don't need a guide in London)

As others have said you can easily get a guide book for London and do it yourself. It is a very easy city to navigate.
DH and I did a moped "tour" of the Costwolds years ago in August and it rained every other day. By rain I mean like a torrential downpour (ok I'm from So Calif.)

Since you haven't received much help here, I suggest you just google cycling trips in the Cotswolds. A quick look showed www.backroads.com and www.cotswolds.com.
