Cycling Beara Peninsula, Ireland

My friend and I are planning a trip to Ireland in July next year and would like to cycle the Beara Peninsula. We would have probably two days to do it. We are both early 20's and not incredibly fit, yet not unfit (We don't cycle all the time) but we are looking for a somewhat challenging experience. Would it be realistic to start in Glengarriff and cycle along the east coast, spend a night at one of the towns (Perhaps Allihies or Ardgroom?) and then continue up the west coast to Kenmare on the second day? Could you please give us an idea of how long it would take/ is this doable in two days? Also any names of bike hire companies would be much appreciated, I cannot seem to find one that allows different pick up and drop off points. Thank you very much in advance!! :)
