Customs - Time??

How long does it usually take to go through customs & pick up baggage once one arrives in Paris? My husband and I will be arriving in Paris (CDG) at 8:10 one morning and are taking a TGV to the Loire at 10:45 a.m. My husband has never been to Paris, though I lived there, so I wanted to take a limo from the airport to the train station, passing some main points of interest as we go (Notre Dame, etc). I thought of renting a limo (got some companies of other posts) for 2 hours (8:45 - 10:45) but am not sure if I'm giving myself enough time to get out of the airport. Any ideas? We are coming back to Paris on another leg of our trip, but I just thought the limo would be a fun way to take up some time.

Where are you staying in the Loire? The hotel we stay at will pick you up in their limo so no worrues about customs times?? Maybe you should check with your first stop hotel!!

Rich, thanks for the info.
Jody, I'm staying at Le Vieux Manoir in Amboise. They do not have a limo service from Paris, unfortunately.
