Current weather in Paris
Is the weather in Paris really as wonderful as it has appeared on Intellicast? We leave tomorrow and the look ahead is for 78 degrees F and in the 70's all next week with no rain. We've been to Paris many times in Sept. and this is the best forecast we have ever seen.
I've rethought my packing to lighter clothes, less sweaters and no rain gear except an umbrella. To all who live there-----am I making a mistake? Is it really that warm at this time of year? Or should I not tempt fate and throw in a raincoat? |
I"m not there but I just returned from Central Europe and the weather was outstanding. Prague was a little hot but most of the time it was sunny, dry and absolutely perfect. Bon Voyage!!

I returned from Paris yesterday....weather was light sweater or jacket early AM and evening. I'd take the sweaters as it wouldn't take a huge temperature drop with a good breeze to need them. Weather can change and this time of year much more likely to cool than warm.

It is going to be warm and sunny all week. Yesterday they mentioned that the average weather for September this year was superior to the weather in July.
Yesterday was frankly hot. |
Merci, Merci--the wool sweaters are out! A few more short sleeves are in.
After all we're not going to the moon. If it gets cold, I'll just buy something. Maybe you'll see me in Paris(haha) I'll be the redhead with the big smile. We haven't been there in 2 years and I definitely need my Paris fix! |
Yes, Kerouac, it was HOT yesterday. Definitely haven't needed the sweaters and jackets we brought, but not complaining. In an ideal world, it would be a little cooler, but we'll take this happily.
TPAYT - Please bring a sweater and your raingear - don't tempt fate. If you don't bring them, it will surely turn cool and rainy. |
