Current, reliable moderate priced car service in London

My husband and I need to hire a car from Heathrow to The Barbican and then 10 days later from the Barbican to St Pancras for the train to Paris.
I haven't found any information about current services that are reliable and not expensive..about 50 GBP.
Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

We always use www.justairports.com to/from airport...you can get a quote from their website.

From Barbican to St Pancras is only a couple of stops on the tube...or likely a cheap taxi. Can your hotel/where you are staying arrange for a mini-cab for that portion of the ride?

The only two I ever use are justairports and Ray Skinner at http://www.london-transfers.com/

Get a quote from both. Sometimes one is cheaper, sometimes the other one is.

Used Ray Skinner several times over the course of several years and always been satisfied with price and service.

Thanks for your help. I didn't realize that we would be so close to the train. We will take a taxi to the train and have car service from the airport.
