Currency Exchange on Credit Cards

Does anyone know of a U.S. credit card issuer that does not change a fee on foreign currency transactions?

I take my Capital One Platinum MC to Europe. No additional foreign exchange fee or cash advance fee. Be sure you get a pin # without a 0 in front.

it really all depends on your personal relationship with your bank...mine charges me nothing...but I have a big balance every month and pay it off and I have a very large limit....Just ask and you may receive

I have found MBNA to be the best for purchases, if you get their Barnes and Noble card you earn points for gift cards at their stores. Which for me means savings on travel books! I found the details at mbna's website.
