I know that this is not strictly travel or perhaps it is.<BR>Anyway there is a trollish thread about Europe not being what it used to be and the British and American empires were mentioned. I suspect that the thread will be pulled, so could I mention for you BBC Radio 4 fans an interesting programme about cultural imperialism at http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/history/inourtime.shtml<BR>
