Culinary Vilnius

Does anyone have any ideas about where I might find a one-day cooking class in Vilnius? I've had a look around Google, but it's not turning up anything. I'll be passing through Vilnius in mid March 2010, and ideally, I'm hoping to find a cooking class so I can learn more about Lithuanian food.

If that won't work out, does anyone have other suggestions regarding other culinary-related things to see or do in Vilnius? Thanks!

The best culinary related thing to do is eat. Here are some recommendations:

I took some photographs of the food I encountered in Lithuania - http://www.jeremytaylor.eu/food_in_%20lithuania.htm
I was quite impressed.
