culinary classes in Biarritz/San Sebastian
 

I will be in Biarritz for a week and would like to take a couple classes. I would be willing to go to San Sebastian and perhaps stay overnight if necessary.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

She is a Spanish food expert who contributes to Spanish and international media and is considered the leading foreign observer of the Basque Culinary scene. If she has an opening on your dates, I'd go for it.
