Cuisine in Paris... A place to celebrate wedding anniversary ...

Hi pals. We are a mid thirties couple planning a wedding anniversary trip to Paris. We want recommendations for a good traditional French cuisine restaurant for our big night.

Any advise will be truly appreciated!

Grand Vefour -- can't get better or more traditional than that -- quiet elegance and non-snobbish, kind wait staff. Tucked in at Palais Royale. They bring 'amuse bouches' between to further delight in between courses you ordered. Ahh, what a memory it is.

I second Le Grand Vefour. It's a beautiful traditional restaurant in the Palais Royale, one of the most beautiful spaces in Paris and a lovely place for a stroll and a drink before dinner.
