Cruise Spain and Portugal
 

We just booked a 9 day cruise on Celebrity starting in Barcelona and ending in Lisbon Portugal. I would like to add a 3 days to each end of the cruise. I would appreciate any suggestions on the hotels to choose and the transport to and from the boat. Should we do cabs ? Any other suggestions/warnings would be greatly appreciated. We have never been to Span or Portugal !

You need to include the ports’ locations.

On Cruisecritic.com message boards you can find dozens of hotel recommendations, and suggestions for restaurants and excursions.
They will also have a roll call for your specific Celebrity cruise - lots of information.

You might have to register for access but there’s really no downside in that. I’ve been using that site for years.

Last summer we stayed at Hotel Colon in Barcelona. They called cabs for transport to the cruise or airport as we checked out.
