We are disembarking from a RCI cruise in Venice at 6:45 am and can get a flight out of Marco Polo airport to Turkey at 11:40 am. Does that give us enough time to get from the cruise port, through customs and on our Turkish Airways flight?

I'd say thats plenty of time

Are you actualy disembarking at 6:45 am? Or is that the time the ship docks? Or they start allowing departures?

That's the time the brochure says that the ship docks. Disembarkation starts after they clear custom....estimated at around 8 am.

To be sure I would ask Royal Caribbean at what time they guarantee to bring you to the airport on their shuttle. I think it's around noon. You will be safe an hour before their cut-off time.

Where are you docking? I can only talk about Marittima - it's easy to catch the land taxi there if needed.

So if departures actually start at 8 am - what time do you think YOU will get off to boat. If it;s by 9 or 9:30 (meaning you are lines up and ready to get off early) you should be OK. If you ar eone of the last off - perhaps not so much.
