I ttoally agree about Venice--I was there many, many years ago but the person I am traveling with has never been....that's a good suggestion but we are both using Delta FF miles and I think at this point I don't want to have the hassle of changing. I posted a help request a little earlier since the middle part of the trip just can't seem to take form! My friend doesn't want to move each night so basing seems to make sense I guess but where and for what is the tough one. Done tons of trips before but this one is confusing me! Fire away if you have any other thoughts (my Croatia help ost went up about 5:30 and no one has responded yet). Thanks, Kathy
