Croatia and the 16th in Paris

Other than 2 quick meetings in the morning and the other in late afternoon I'm free to see tourist sites in the 16th until late. Any suggestions where to go near the Belarus Embassy? Also cafes and a unique restaurant for dinner?

Also how would you break down two weeks in Croatia if this is your first time on that side of the world based on scenery, water, ease in logistics, architecture, best food? Max I'd like to move is 3 times so probably won't do overnights. Thanks in advance!

For you time in Croatia, I suggest that you begin by consulting some good guidebooks. Two weeks is not much for Croatia, which has an amazing array of wonderful options to meet a wide range of interests. And of course, none of us can say what would appeal to YOU.

That said, with 2 weeks you might consider one of these options:
(1) southern Croatia, by which I mean the areas from Split and Trogir south through Dubrovnik, with (perhaps) a day trip (or more) into Montenegro. OR
(2) Istria and Slovenia and, if your time permits, a bit of Zagreb and points further east. (Cakovec is rarely mentioned on this board, but given your interest in architecture, you might want to consider it as a day trip from Zagreb.)
(3) Split through and including Istria.

With any of these options, and with an interest in scenery, consider a visit to Plitvice Lakes National Parks, which is, IMO, the single most un-missable of Croatia's many splendors. Not only are the lakes connected by travertine waterfall formations, each lake has unique microbiota, and as a result, the lakes are different colors. The best way to see that is, IME, to make a single, long loop through the park -- something on the order of 6 hours or more (including time for the boat that connects the lower and upper lakes), and by all means, start at the lowest part of the park so you are facing the falls as you proceed.

Hope that helps!

1) What month?
2) Have you scoped out your flight options yet? I imagine there are plenty from Paris, but I'd advise differently depending on where you fly in and out of.

They cancelled the meetings in Paris so I won't need to go anymore. I haven't scoped out flight options. They were paying for expenses. Anyway I'm not sure whether to still push through to Croatia or keep my time off local. Thank you so much kja. I will get there sooner or later!
