Croatia & Slovenia- are *triple* rooms easy to find?

My mom, aunt, and I are looking to visit Croatia & Slovenia for 12 days this June. We like to spend about 120 USD/night on lodging for all three of us. Will we have any trouble finding triple rooms? 3 twin beds would be ideal.... Is this a decent price range for a clean, 3 star hotel?
Or should be consider another destination that might be better suited for 3 people traveling together?
Thanks!

Our family of 4 visited Croatia 3 years ago and apart from the first few nights in Dubrovnic we didn't make any advance reservations. We travelled mid-June to early July. In the main we stayed in "sobe" or apartments which were usually a whole floor of someones house which had been converted into a self contained unit. We not only had two bedrooms but also a number of other living rooms, bathrooms, verandahs and so on. The cost was FAR less than 120 USD.
The only place we had a problem was Hvar and looked for about an hour there before finding something-oh- also Rovinj!

Thank you!!!!! From what I understand, Hvar is just difficult when it comes to lodging.
Thanks again! I just needed some assurance.
