Ok, this is what we are thinking

Sept 5 - Arrive to Athens - fly to Samos
Sept 06 - Full day Ephesus tour
Sept 07 - ferry from Samos to Patmos
Sept 08 - ferry Rhodes
Sept 08-11 - in Rhodes
Sept 11 - Fly from RhodesSantorini
Sept 14 - Santorini to Mykonos
Sept 14-16 - Mykonos
Sept 16 - Mykonos to Athens
Sept 17 - 18 2 day Delphi & Meteora tour
Sept 19 - Sightsee Athens
Spet 20 - Go home

Be advised that there is no direct ferry from Samos (Vathi) to Patmos. You will have to find a connecting ferry on another island. At this time the only one I can identify is Syros, and that will mean a late-night arrival from Samos and then a day on Syros waiting for the late-night departure to Patmos.
