Crepes' photos from France
I'm dragging out some photos of my study abroad experience. So if you hate it when someone asks if you'd like to see their vacation pics, you can skip this one - LOL! Those of you who speak French, please overlook grammatical mistakes in the captions as I was working without the aid of my dictionary which I shipped home (along with all my educational materials) from Tours on my last day, and those boxes haven't arrived yet. Anyway, enjoy.
You will have to cut and paste this address as I don't know how to make it clickable, and my computer genius son is not home for me to ask! http://www.ofoto.com/BrowsePhotos.js...p;sort_order=0 |
Welcome home! Hope you'll tell all about your stay in Tours on here!
|
Crepes...well done! I actually like to see photos to get a feel for what places look like. I like the last pic of you! I have done the mirror trick myself a few times :-)

Hi crepes,
Welcome back. Tell us about your experience. |
Hi crepes,
I can't get that link to work, and I'm dying to see your pictures! Can you click on share photos and enter my email address to share with?: travel_addict @hotmail.com I hope that's not too much trouble. Thanks, Marcy |
Thanks crepes!!
THey were wonderful pictures -- I love your eye for detail -- and Madison looked happy to see you :D |
hi crepes, I couldn't open it .I'm at hotmail too. Thanks
|
Sorry some of you can't open. Can anyone tell me how to make this link clickable? That is so much easier but I don't know how to do it. Thanks to anyone who can help with this.
|
cfrepes -- send a link to yourself and uncheck the box that requires people to log into ofoto -- then cut and paste the web address from the bottom of that email. Actually I can do it for you if you want -- just email me at [email protected]
My little "trick" is that when I get into an album I mail it to myself so it will be added to my list at ofoto. [That's why you got an email from me -- crepes;)] |
Thanks sfowler. Perhaps this address will open for anyone, it is still not clickable but rather a cut and paste.

Thanks crepes. They are wonderful, and I had a coup de foudre with Madison!(L)
|
Thanks, crepes, great pictures!
I love seeing shots of everyday scenes - the food, the dogs, etc. Actually, they're all great. Dijon really looks interesting, too. As far as making a link clickable, someone said that the only ones you can make clickable are Fodors links, and others are not possible on this forum. Thanks again for sharing! |
For Madison ((L))

cigalechanta - you must be a daschund person. We just got her in November from a family that didn't want her. I find it hard to believe that someone could get rid of a pet they've had for over 3 years. She turns 4 next month, a little 10 pound miniature. She rules the roost, and we are crazy about her.

Great pictures, Crepe! see you take pictures of your food, too!!!
BTW # 3 is Chambord..not Amboise! |
The unknown chateau( #10) is Cherveney..one of my favorites!
|
Wonderful pictures. Please tell us about your trip!
|
CHEVERNEY!! got my fingers twisted above!
|
Thanks for the corrections Jody. The chateaux was my first weekend excursion when I arrived at the end of April. They have all run together now! Yes, I take pictures of food and many mundane items because I want to show everyday life to my students. I just always hope that restauranteurs think I am photographing the food for a magazine article and that I am not some nut who is photographing for a potential lawsuit! LOL
|
I know the feeling well! I should post some of my "unknowns" maybe someone could help me!
