Covid test NOT required, what countries?

Today is Feb 3. Wife and I are fully vaccinated and boosted, U.S. citizens. Thinking of going to Portugal or Spain around Feb 11. I'm open to going elsewhere if test is not required. If I'm reading correctly:

-- Spain does not require a covid test
https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/s...-19/index.html

-- Portugal will not require a covid test possibly effective Feb 9
https://www.reuters.com/world/europe...rs-2022-02-03/

What other countries no longer require a test (if fully vaccinated and boosted)?

We are going to Germany and Switzerland in May. From what I'm reading right now, it sounds like those who are fully vaccinated and boosted can forgo testing upon arrival in both of those countries. We'll be staying very close to Salzburg, and Austria does currently require testing regardless of vaccination status.

Remember you still need a test to return to USA, if you are.
