Looking at a few places in the Cotswolds. Any comments on Chipping Camden vs Bourton on the water vs Blockley as locations?

Locations for what - Accommodations? Any of those are fine - as would be any of many other towns and villages. I'd decide based on the actual property - what you like style-wise or better fits the budget. Of those three, B-o-t-W is the largest and most 'touristy'.

I stayed in Chipping Campden last year. Loved the town. It's very picturesque, enough cafes and pubs to have a choice and quite a few places of interest nearby for day trips.
