Hello,

My husband and I are traveling to France Sept 15th for 10 days/nights. We fly in and out of Nice and will be renting a car. We are staying 3 days in Antibes then travel to St. Remy area for 4 nights. Suggestions on where to base our last 3 nights? Prefer less than 1.5hrs drive to Nice airport so as not to travel too far the day we leave.

Perhaps consider the Lorgues area. We've spent 21 weeks exploring the Cote d'Azur. Four weeks near Lorgues in Cotignac. Lourgues is 1 1/4 hrs away from the airport. Not a big fan of Grasse or that region.

Vence in the Nice Hinterlands is another option. We've spent 4 weeks there. Gorgeous area. We're going back this June. The red gorges above Entrevaux are breathtaking

We're departing for a 4 night trip to Savannah early tomorrow. So this is likely my last post until we return.

I would keep things simple. There are a lot of places to visit from both Antibes and St Remy. Consider adding a night to both places than spend the night near Nice airport before your flight out the next day. ( assuming you are flying out before noon) Holiday Inn Express is very close to the airport and clean and cheap
