Costa del Sol vs. Costa de la Luz??
 

We plan on spending time in Seville and then want to stay for a week touring and doing day trips. Would you suggest staying in and around Marbella area (or Nerja?) or around Matalascanas area for good day tripping?

Marbella is nice(very posh) but if you want a true Spanish experience go to Nerja. Tour the under ground caves there, the city is beautiful and the beaches are gorgeous!! Close by is the hillside city of Frigiliana considered to be one of the 10 most beautiful places in Spain!! I just came back from Spain July13 this year so I can send you more info or even scan you a few pics from my visit to Nerja if you wish!! I don't know if you're from Canada but I found excellent value for our dollar over there...cheap to eat and drink!!
