Cost of TGV reservation?

Cost of TGV reservation?
Hi, i'm currently holding a eurailpass and will be making a trip from paris to bruges tmr.
I checked on bahn.de website and there are two options:
1) Paris Nord to Brussels (Thalys)
Brussels to Bruges
2) Paris Nord to Lille (TGV)
Lille to Bruges
I have previously took Thalys to Brussels before and the supplement for 2nd class cost 11 euros. Can i check with you guys if the TGV supplement i have to pay from paris to lille is only 3 euros and that its free with the pass to travel from Lille to Bruges? Coz the travelling time for both options is about the same.

It isn't really a supplement, it's a reservation fee. I was a little confused about what you are asking, because some countries do charge supplements for certain trains when you have a railpass, for example, and it is not just a reservation fee.
