cost of lunch in ireland
 
we are taking a cie tour of ireland in may and want to find out the average cost of lunch

Where will you be going? The cost depends heavily on where you are (Dublin is more expensive) and what you like to eat. Some people want long sit-down lunches, some want to grab a sandwich and go.

If you're on a very tight budget, you can always pick up something at a grocery store. We did that the day we hiked the Gap of Dunloe. We had lunch at Jam in Kenmare (there are branches in a few other cities) that was inexpensive - I believe I had a loaded baked potato and a salad for six or seven euro.
