By the way if you are set in a tour, and a Cosmos tour, you might look at the website for affordabletours.com they usually have the best pricies for these types.
Globus (the same company) may be a slightly better category of hotel by the way, but I would still look up the specific hotels listed on TA.
Unlike many folks here, I like tours for groups it's easier and independent travel if't it's just me & DH.
But be careful, they can be very rushed.

Yes we did the 15 day tour in May 2006. It was wonderful. There is alot to see so it was hectic but enjoyable nonetheless. The tour is of a 3 star standard so the hotels match accordingly. But the hotels were excellent for the money. And yes they were spotless. We have taken 2 Cosmos tours and they are great value for money. My only criticism is the included dinners which I found ordinary but other guests were satisfied with. I'm not a fussy eater, maybe I was just tired and grumpy
