Will definitely keep that one at the top of my list for now. Another question, are there many dolphins or other sea life to be seen in February? Can you recommend any decent boat trips for spotting wildlife? Or do they even run in the winter? Thanks so much for your help! Now trying to narrow down our list of things to do! Anything that we definitely shouldn't miss?

there are dolphin safaris, which I think do run in the winter. I haven't got the info to hand, but I'll look it up and come back to you!

here's the link to the february programme for the orca sea safaris out of falmouth. our DD went on a similar trip for her 28th birthday a few years ago and they had a great time. not many trips are scheduled in Feb, but one or other may fit in with your plans.
