I very rarely see any posts on restaurants in Corfu- does anyone have any recommendations?

There are nice restaurants under the arches around the central square, where cricket is sometimes played on concrete! Go for restaurants where the Greeks gather themselves .........REX used to be very good.

Corfu is quite a big place! Where are you staying?

We are staying in Benitses, but have a car so it doesn't really matter. We are looking to explore the whole island.
