Where to stay for a week? Do we really need a car.
Not all inclusive, not completely beach oriented, able to maybe walk to restaurants, sites, etc. budget up to high end
is April, May a good time?

Our hotel, Bella Venezia, was in Corfu Town and was perfect for walking about and enjoying dinner in the town. As you'll see, our four day itinerary required a car.

As you don't tell us wha you plan to visit at Corfu,we cannot tell you whether you nedd a car. Bus timetable:

A carf is useless for 2day rips to Erikoussa or Saranda or for daytrips to Psara - Antipsara.

fourfortravel……excellent trip report. Answered a lot of questions for us and the hotel looks great right in town. If we have a car it’s nice to be able to walk to different dinner restaurants.
